I was inspired by a necklace at Anthropologie... but this is waaay cheaper! All you need is sheer material, ribbon and felt. Cut your felt into a half moon shape, set aside. Cut your material into different sized circles (14 small, 14 medium, and 7 large) - then fold the circles in half, then half again. (Put a tiny dot of hot glue near the skinny end when you fold it the second time. This will ensure that it stay in the petal shape.) Now, take about 5 petals and arrange them in a circle on your piece of felt. Then take two petals and place them in the center of the circle. This will make the flower appear fuller! Make 4 or 5 more of these flowers, gluing them onto the piece of felt. I put the smallest flowers on the end, and the one big one in the center (see pic). Last step - take your piece of ribbon (i used a navy blue satin ribbon) and glue your felt piece on to the ribbon. There you have it!
